Introduction
Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) include condyloma acuminatum, gonorrhea, syphilis, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), and trichomoniasis. 1. Condyloma acuminatum: primarily caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection; 2. Gonorrhea: primarily caused by *Neisseria gonorrhoeae* infection; 3. Syphilis: caused by *Treponema pallidum* infection; 4. AIDS: primarily caused by human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection; 5. Trichomoniasis: primarily caused by *Trichomonas vaginalis* infection.

Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) include condyloma acuminatum (genital warts), gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV/AIDS, and trichomoniasis.

1. Condyloma acuminatum: Primarily caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, it may present with symptoms such as papules or wart-like skin lesions. Recommended treatments include photodynamic therapy, laser therapy, and liquid nitrogen cryotherapy. Surgical excision may be necessary in certain cases.

2. Gonorrhea: Primarily caused by *Neisseria gonorrhoeae* infection, it may present with symptoms such as urinary frequency and dysuria. Treatment should follow physician guidance and typically involves intramuscular ceftriaxone sodium or cefoxitin sodium injection.

3. Syphilis: Primarily caused by *Treponema pallidum* infection, it may present with symptoms such as papules and lymphadenopathy. Treatment should follow physician guidance and typically involves intramuscular tetracycline hydrochloride injection.

4. HIV/AIDS: Primarily caused by human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, it may present with symptoms such as fever, memory impairment, and decreased appetite. Antiretroviral therapy should be administered under medical supervision, including lamivudine tablets and tenofovir alafenamide fumarate tablets.

5. Trichomoniasis: Primarily caused by *Trichomonas vaginalis* infection, it may present with abnormal vaginal discharge and pruritus vulvae. Oral antibiotic therapy—such as metronidazole tablets or tinidazole capsules—should be prescribed and taken according to physician instructions.
