How to Use the COVID-19 Antigen Self-Test Kit
SARS-CoV-2 antigen self-test kits enable simple, rapid screening for SARS-CoV-2 infection, independent of time or location. The specific steps are as follows:
I. Preparation:
First, wash your hands thoroughly with water and clear any nasal secretions.
Next, carefully read the instructions provided with the kit, then remove the sample extraction tube and test card, placing them on a clean, dry surface.

II. Sample Collection:
Open the outer packaging of the swab. Hold the plastic handle of the disposable swab and remove it, taking care to avoid touching the swab tip with your fingers.
Tilt your head slightly backward. With one hand, insert the swab into one nostril along the lower nasal passage, advancing gently 1–1.5 cm into the nasal cavity. Rotate the swab against the nasal wall for at least four full turns. Then, using the same swab, repeat the identical procedure in the other nostril. Maintain the swab in place for no less than 15 seconds during sampling.
III. Testing:
First, insert the swab into the sample extraction tube and break it off at the designated breakpoint. Tighten the cap and let the tube stand undisturbed for 1 minute.
Finally, remove the cap and dispense four drops of the extracted sample solution into the sample well. Observe the test result after 10–15 minutes.
