Introduction
Early symptoms of stroke include dizziness and sudden, transient loss of vision (amaurosis fugax). Patients often experience sudden dizziness accompanied by a sensation of spinning (vertigo), which typically resolves within seconds; however, these episodes frequently recur. Clinically, this condition is termed “transient monocular blindness” and results from retinal ischemia caused by cerebral hypoperfusion. It commonly manifests as a sudden, temporary loss of vision in one eye, with complete inability to see.

中风早期Symptoms
中风早期Symptoms包括头晕、眼睛突然变黑等。Patient经常突然感到头晕，伴随周围事物的旋转，仅几秒钟就可以恢复正常，但这种Symptoms经常会反复出现。临床上称为一次性黑蒙，由脑缺血引起的视网膜缺血引起的。经常眼睛的一侧突然变黑，What也看不见。持续几秒钟或几分钟，然后就可以恢复正常。除此Symptoms外，一些Patient还可能出现视力下降或复视，这也是中风的前兆。
中风的Treatment主要基于Medicine。对于急性发作的Patient，应在4到5个小时内到医院进行溶栓Treatment，具有良好的疗效。在恢复期，Patient还需要按照Doctor的Recommendation服用长期规律性Medicine，如降脂、抗血小板聚集和抗动脉粥样硬化。同时，还需要定期监测血压和血糖。有Diabetes和Hypertension病史的Patient也需要正确服用相关Medicine，以控制中风的危险因素。
