Kyoho grapes contain fruit acids and vitamins. Moderate consumption can stimulate gastric juice and saliva secretion, aiding digestion; neutralize free radicals; promote skin metabolism; and alleviate urinary difficulties. However, drinking water immediately after eating them may cause diarrhea. Additionally, consuming them with milk may impair nutrient absorption and even lead to abdominal discomfort.

Eating Kyoho grapes has benefits such as aiding digestion and promoting urination, but the downside is that it may cause indigestion.

1. Benefits

Kyoho grapes usually contain a relatively high amount of fruit acids. Eating them in moderation can help stimulate the secretion of gastric juice and saliva, thereby improving digestion. Additionally, the vitamins contained in these grapes have antioxidant properties, helping to eliminate free radicals and promote skin metabolism. They may also help relieve difficulty in urination.

2. Downsides

Although Kyoho grapes can aid digestion, drinking water immediately after eating them may weaken stomach acid. The combination of Kyoho grapes, water, and stomach acid could lead to fermentation and oxidation, increasing intestinal activity and potentially causing diarrhea. Moreover, consuming Kyoho grapes together with milk may cause proteins to coagulate, impairing absorption and possibly leading to abnormal symptoms such as bloating, abdominal pain, and diarrhea.

Patients with diabetes or diarrhea are generally advised against consuming Kyoho grapes, as they may cause a sharp rise in blood sugar levels or worsen diarrhea symptoms.
