Introduction
Abdominal bloating accompanied by cold sweats may be caused by intestinal obstruction or poor bowel motility leading to gas accumulation in the intestines. Additionally, unhealthy dietary and lifestyle habits—such as frequently eating large meals at night, consuming foods that produce gas, or regularly staying up late—can also cause abdominal bloating and cold sweats. Urinary tract infections, which present symptoms like urgency, painful urination, or lower abdominal pressure, may also lead to bloating and cold sweats.

Bloating accompanied by cold sweats may be caused by intestinal gas, poor dietary and lifestyle habits, or urinary tract infections.

1. Intestinal Gas

When there is intestinal obstruction or impaired bowel movement, excess gas in the body cannot be expelled through normal peristalsis, which can easily lead to bloating. This may also cause discomfort such as nausea and abdominal pain. If symptoms are severe and the pain is intense, it may result in cold sweats.

2. Poor Dietary and Lifestyle Habits

Poor eating and living habits—such as frequently consuming large meals at night or regularly eating gas-producing foods like black beans and potatoes—can increase gas buildup in the body, leading to abdominal bloating. Chronic熬夜 (staying up late), sleep deprivation, and irregular作息 (daily routines) can negatively affect overall health and contribute to cold sweats.

3. Urinary Tract Infection

Patients with urinary tract infections commonly experience symptoms such as urgency, pain, and frequency of urination, or a burning sensation in the urethra. Some patients may also feel a sense of pressure or bloating in the lower abdomen. When the pain during urination is particularly severe, it may trigger cold sweats.
