Introduction
After shedding of the gastric mucosa, main manifestations include stomach pain and bloating, with symptoms worsening after eating or physical activity. When the gastric mucosa becomes eroded or ulcers develop, symptoms may include vomiting blood and passing black stools. Other systemic symptoms can also occur, such as nausea, belching, bitter taste in the mouth, and heartburn. Additionally, swallowing difficulties and chest pain may arise, accompanied by fatigue, dizziness, and even anemia.

After the shedding of gastric mucosa, main symptoms include stomach pain and bloating, vomiting blood, passing black stools, as well as other systemic manifestations. It is important to avoid dietary irritants and eliminate unhealthy lifestyle habits.

1. Stomach Pain and Bloating

After gastric mucosal shedding, the mucosa may easily obstruct the pylorus, causing stomach pain and bloating. The pain is often characterized as cramping, lasting for prolonged periods and worsening after eating or physical activity. Severe pain may also trigger excessive cold sweating.

2. Vomiting Blood and Passing Black Stools

If the condition is not promptly controlled and progresses rapidly, it can lead to erosion of the gastric mucosa and local ulcer formation. Main symptoms include vomiting blood and passing black, tarry stools.

3. Other Systemic Symptoms

Patients with gastric mucosal shedding may also experience various other symptoms, commonly including nausea, belching, bitter taste in the mouth, and heartburn, along with reduced appetite. Some patients may develop swallowing difficulties and chest pain. If left unimproved for a long time, symptoms such as fatigue, dizziness, and even anemia may occur. During treatment, spicy and irritating foods should be avoided, and smoking, alcohol consumption, and staying up late should be refrained from.
