Introduction
In general, the presence of anti-sperm antibodies in women usually affects pregnancy by potentially reducing the chances of conception, but it does not completely prevent natural pregnancy. Anti-sperm antibody positivity does not require special treatment; however, with proper adjustments during sexual activity or through medication, the treatment outcome is generally good.

Anti-sperm antibodies refer to immune responses against sperm. For women, male sperm and seminal plasma are considered specific antigens. When these come into contact with the bloodstream, they may trigger an immune reaction, leading to the production of corresponding antibodies that interfere with sperm-egg binding and potentially cause infertility. Although some women develop anti-sperm antibodies, the condition is usually mild. While it may reduce the likelihood of pregnancy, it does not completely prevent natural conception. Using condoms during sexual intercourse for about three months typically allows anti-sperm antibody levels to gradually decrease or even disappear in most cases. If improvement is slow, immunotherapy may be considered. Under a doctor's guidance, medications such as prednisolone or aspirin can be used. A follow-up evaluation is generally recommended after seven weeks, and if there is no sign of progression or spread, continued pharmacological treatment may be pursued.

Women should maintain a light diet consisting of nutritious, easily digestible foods such as bone broth, millet porridge, and steamed egg custard. They should also maintain regular sleep patterns, going to bed early and waking early, while avoiding staying up late.
