Introduction
After contact with a person who has influenza, measures such as discontinuing contact, maintaining distance, washing hands thoroughly, avoiding touching the face, closely monitoring for symptoms, and seeking medical attention early should be taken. If you know someone has influenza, try to avoid close contact with them. Influenza virus can spread through respiratory droplets; keeping at least one meter away from an infected person can reduce the likelihood of virus transmission.

Generally, after coming into contact with a person who has influenza, you should stop further contact and maintain distance, wash your hands, avoid touching your face, closely monitor your own symptoms, and seek medical attention as early as possible. Specific measures are as follows:

1. Stop contact and maintain distance

If you know someone has influenza, try to avoid close contact with them. Influenza viruses can spread through respiratory droplets; maintaining a distance of at least one meter from an infected person reduces the likelihood of virus transmission.

2. Wash your hands

Influenza viruses mainly spread via droplets, and hand contact is one of the most common transmission routes. Therefore, after contact with an influenza patient, hands should be thoroughly washed immediately with soap and warm water.

3. Avoid touching your face

The mucous membranes of the mouth, nose, and eyes are common entry points for the influenza virus. Therefore, avoid touching your face, especially your mouth, nose, and eyes, to reduce the chance of viral entry into the body.

4. Closely monitor your own symptoms

Pay close attention to whether you develop symptoms such as coughing, phlegm production, fever, difficulty breathing, diarrhea, or other discomforts.

5. Seek medical attention promptly

If you notice symptoms of influenza such as coughing, fever, or dizziness, it is recommended to seek medical care promptly. Under a doctor's guidance, medications such as Ganmaoling Granules or Oseltamivir Phosphate Capsules may be used for treatment.

In daily life, take proper protective measures and avoid contact with people who have influenza. If you feel unwell, seek medical help promptly.
