Introduction
Grade 2 invasive lung adenocarcinoma is of moderate malignancy and requires surgical treatment. Invasive lung adenocarcinoma generally refers to malignant tumors in which cancer cells invade the surrounding lung tissues. It commonly causes symptoms such as cough, fever, and blood-tinged sputum. CT imaging often reveals spiculated or lobulated signs.

Invasive pulmonary adenocarcinoma grade 2 is of moderate malignancy and requires surgical treatment. Invasive pulmonary adenocarcinoma generally refers to a malignant tumor in which cancer cells have invaded the surrounding lung tissues. It commonly causes symptoms such as cough, fever, and blood-tinged sputum. CT imaging often reveals spiculated or lobulated signs.

Lung adenocarcinoma is typically staged according to the TNM classification system: T indicates the status of the primary tumor, N reflects regional lymph node involvement, and M denotes distant metastasis.

1. T:

Tx: Cancer cells found in bronchopulmonary secretions, but negative on X-ray and fiberoptic bronchoscopy. T0: No primary tumor identified. Tis: Carcinoma in situ. T1: Tumor ≤3 cm with no regional spread. T2: Tumor ≥3 cm, or extension toward the hilum accompanied by atelectasis. T3: Tumor has involved the pleura, diaphragm, or mediastinum, or is located less than 2 cm from the carina. T4: Tumor has invaded the mediastinum, heart, major vessels, esophagus, vertebral bodies, carina, or there is presence of malignant pleural effusion.

2. N:

N0: No regional lymph node metastasis. N1: Regional lymph node metastasis present.

3. M:

M0: No distant metastasis. M1: Distant metastasis present.

After accurately determining the individual T, N, and M categories based on the patient's specific condition, these are combined into an overall TNM stage, allowing precise staging of lung cancer.

If diagnosed with invasive pulmonary adenocarcinoma, it is recommended to actively cooperate with medical treatment to prolong survival.
