Fascia gun head usage
A fascia gun can be used to relieve muscle soreness and to relax muscles after exercise. The attachments for a fascia gun include bullet-shaped, U-shaped, ball-shaped, and flat heads. Specific usage techniques vary depending on the body part. Below are instructions for several commonly treated areas:

1. Neck: For the neck, it is recommended to use the U-shaped head. Apply the device on the erector spinae muscles located on both sides of the spine, positioning it perpendicular to the muscle fibers. Move slowly up and down in a repetitive motion.
2. Shoulders: Move the fascia gun horizontally across the shoulder area with slow back-and-forth motions. It is recommended to tilt the device at approximately a 60-degree angle relative to the shoulder muscles during treatment. Avoid direct impact on bony structures.
3. Lower back: Begin from the sides of the spine and move outward slowly, then follow the natural direction of the back muscles while applying pulses. Keep the device perpendicular to the muscle fibers. Be careful to avoid direct contact with the spine when treating the lower back.
