Introduction
Both probiotic chewable tablets and probiotic powder contain beneficial intestinal probiotics, primarily working by introducing beneficial exogenous bacteria to increase the number of one or more types of probiotics in the gut, thereby helping to regulate the balance of intestinal microbiota. The main difference between these two probiotic forms lies in their physical characteristics: probiotic chewable tablets are in tablet form, while probiotic powder is in powdered form.

Probiotic chewable tablets and probiotic powder have essentially the same functions and ingredients, differing only in their physical form.

Both probiotic chewable tablets and probiotic powder contain beneficial intestinal bacteria. They work by introducing helpful external bacterial strains to increase the number of one or more types of probiotics in the gut, thereby helping to balance the intestinal microbiota. This enables the body's microbial community to regulate bodily functions, enhance collective defense mechanisms, prevent diseases, and assist in treatment. For example, they can help alleviate symptoms such as abdominal bloating, pain, diarrhea, and indigestion. The main difference between these two forms lies in their physical characteristics: probiotic chewable tablets are in tablet form, while probiotic powder is in powdered form.

Although probiotic chewable tablets and probiotic powder are similar in function and composition, when using probiotic powder, it should be mixed with warm water at approximately 30–40°C and taken promptly. This prevents the beneficial bacteria from being killed by excessively high water temperatures or prolonged exposure, which could render them ineffective.
