Introduction
In general, sudden dizziness and falling may be related to factors such as hypoglycemia, anemia, or insufficient cerebral blood supply. If a patient has excessively low blood sugar, the brain may lack adequate blood and oxygen supply, leading to dizziness and falling. If a patient has severe anemia, it may also cause sudden dizziness and falling. If the brain's blood supply is compromised, it can result in sudden episodes of dizziness and falling.

Sudden dizziness and falling are generally associated with factors such as hypoglycemia, anemia, or insufficient cerebral blood supply. Symptoms can be relieved through medication and lifestyle adjustments.

1. Hypoglycemia: If a patient has not eaten for a prolonged period or has taken excessive amounts of antidiabetic medications, blood glucose levels may drop too low, depriving the brain of adequate blood and oxygen, leading to dizziness and falling. Treatment may include medications such as furosemide tablets or hydrochlorothiazide tablets, as directed by a physician.

2. Anemia: Long-term iron deficiency in the body may lead to severe anemia, causing episodes of dizziness and falling. Under medical guidance, medications such as polysaccharide-iron complex capsules or iron supplements may be used for treatment.

3. Insufficient cerebral blood supply: Conditions such as cerebral arteriosclerosis or cervical spondylosis may impair blood flow to the brain when changing body positions, resulting in symptoms like headache, memory decline, and sudden dizziness or falling. Medications such as nimodipine tablets or vinpocetine tablets may be prescribed under medical supervision.
