Ulcerative colitis can also cause these symptoms, possibly due to genetic factors or decreased immune function.

1. Improper Diet
Bloody mucus in stool with a foul smell may occur due to excessive consumption of spicy, irritating, raw, or cold foods, such as chili peppers, pepper, ice cream, and chilled beverages. It may also result from poor dietary hygiene, including eating contaminated food.
2. Acute Gastroenteritis
This condition may arise from consuming spoiled or moldy food, leading to acute gastroenteritis. Inflammatory factors irritate the gastrointestinal mucosa, increasing secretions and causing the aforementioned symptoms. It may also be accompanied by loss of appetite, fatigue, headache, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, and other discomforts.
3. Ulcerative Colitis
Ulcerative colitis can also cause these symptoms. Contributing factors may include genetic predisposition, weakened immune function, excessive mental stress, prolonged anxiety or tension, and physical overexertion.
