Introduction
For the removal of a nasal vestibular cyst, an X-ray examination should first be performed to evaluate the relationship between the cyst and surrounding tissues. After administering anesthesia around the nasal area, the surgeon makes an incision approximately one centimeter above the labial-gingival groove, completely excises the cyst, opens the nasal floor mucosa for drainage, then sutures the wound and packs the nasal vestibule with medical sponge or similar material to apply pressure and control bleeding.

If a patient develops a nasal vestibular cyst, it can be treated through excision of the nasal vestibular cyst. The specific procedure is as follows:

1. Preoperative examination: Perform a paranasal sinus X-ray before surgery to evaluate the relationship between the cyst and surrounding tissues.

2. Anesthesia: The doctor administers local anesthesia by injecting anesthetic around the patient's nose.

3. Resection: Make an incision approximately one centimeter above the labial-gingival groove, dissect and expose the mucosa, then carefully separate the cyst layer by layer along its capsule until fully exposed. Remove the cyst completely. After cyst removal, incise the nasal floor mucosa to establish communication with the surgical cavity, facilitating drainage.

4. Suturing: Suture the wound after cyst removal, then pack the nasal vestibule with medical sponges or similar materials to apply pressure and control bleeding.

It is recommended to seek treatment at a正规 hospital and undergo the procedure under the guidance of a qualified physician.
