Cupping generally refers to fire cupping. For patients with uterine coldness, applying cupping at acupoints such as Shenque (CV8), Guanyuan (CV4), and Mingmen (GV4) tends to yield relatively good therapeutic effects. Specific analysis is as follows:

1. Shenque (CV8): This acupoint is located in the center of the navel and helps regulate yin and yang balance. It is beneficial for relieving conditions such as constipation, menstrual irregularities, and diarrhea due to yang deficiency, especially menstrual disorders caused by uterine coldness.

2. Guanyuan (CV4): Located in the lower abdomen, 3 cun below the navel, this point has functions including tonifying kidney and vital energy, warming yang, and preventing collapse. It is particularly suitable for individuals with insufficient yang qi, weak constitution, or sensitivity to cold, and helps alleviate symptoms such as abdominal pain, menstrual abnormalities, and chills caused by uterine coldness.

3. Mingmen (GV4): Situated between the spinous processes of the second and third lumbar vertebrae, this acupoint strengthens the fundamental yuan-qi and enhances the strength of the waist and knees. It shows relatively good therapeutic effects on menstrual disorders caused by uterine coldness.

It should be noted that fire cupping must be performed under the guidance of qualified professionals to avoid delaying treatment and negatively affecting recovery.
