Video of surgical removal of glabellar lines
Surgical excision of glabellar lines (commonly known as "number 11" or "frown lines") is generally intended for patients with deep glabellar wrinkles. The surgical procedure involves the following steps:
1. After local disinfection of the skin, local anesthesia is administered.

2. Make a coronal incision 7 cm behind the hairline, between the two ear rims.
3. Remove the frontalis muscle in the forehead area, the corrugator supercilii muscles between the eyebrows, and the depressor supercilii muscles on the nasal bridge; suspend the orbicularis oculi muscle at the outer corner of the eye.
4. Then lift and tighten the skin and fascia upward and backward.
5. Finally, remove excess skin and suture the incision.
Note: Glabellar line excision surgery involves significant trauma. Sutures are removed after 7–10 days, and long-term stable results can be achieved after swelling subsides in 2–4 weeks.
Medication must be used under the guidance of a qualified physician, and surgery should be performed at a正规 medical facility.
