Introduction
If a patient is dissatisfied with or experiences complications after breast augmentation surgery, the breast implants can be removed. The implant removal procedure involves placing the patient under general anesthesia, then making an incision along the previous scar used for implant placement. The implant is separated from the surrounding muscle and tissue, then extracted. Following removal, the original implant pocket is cleansed with sterile saline solution. Finally, the incision is sutured closed and dressed with appropriate bandaging for support.

If a patient is dissatisfied with or experiences complications after breast augmentation surgery, the breast implants can be removed. The procedure for breast implant removal is as follows:

1. Administer general anesthesia to the patient.

2. Incise the skin along the original scar where the implant was inserted, carefully dissecting through the tissue until reaching the implant pocket, then separate the implant from the surrounding muscle and tissue before removing it.

3. Repeatedly irrigate the chest cavity with antibiotic-containing saline solution, ensure complete hemostasis, then suture the incision layer by layer.

4. After suturing, clean the incision site with alcohol-soaked gauze, cover and dress with sterile gauze, and secure with adhesive tape.

Note: Breast implant removal surgery is relatively short. After implant removal, patients may experience significant pain, which can be alleviated using a pain pump.

Medication must be used under the guidance of a qualified physician, and the surgery should be performed at a正规 medical facility.
