Introduction
Itching all over the body after being bitten by insects is mostly due to an allergic reaction. You should go to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible and, under a doctor's guidance, apply calamine lotion externally. During application, avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, nose, and other sensitive areas. If a burning sensation, redness, or swelling occurs at the application site, discontinue use immediately and wash off the medication from the affected area.
