Introduction
There are various methods to relieve itching caused by skin allergies, including wet compresses with normal saline and topical application of antiallergic medications. First, it is essential to avoid the allergen. Apply cold normal saline as a wet compress on the affected area to alleviate itching. Then, use a sterile cotton swab to evenly apply an antiallergic medication—such as calamine lotion—onto the affected skin, allowing it to air dry. Finally, consider taking oral antiallergic medication under the guidance of a physician.

There are various methods to relieve itching caused by skin allergies, including wet compresses with saline solution and topical application of anti-allergy medications. The specific steps are as follows:

1. First, examine the extent of skin damage due to allergy and immediately avoid further contact with the allergen.

2. Apply cold saline compresses to the affected area. Pour cold physiological saline into a basin, soak a clean towel in it, wring out excess liquid, and apply it to the affected skin. Repeat several times until the itching subsides.

3. After the itching is relieved, use a sterile cotton swab to apply an anti-allergy medication such as calamine lotion or camphor cream evenly to the affected area, then allow it to air dry.

4. Finally, if the allergic reaction is widespread, consider taking oral antihistamines under a doctor's guidance, such as oral chlorpheniramine (promethazine) or intramuscular injection of chlorpheniramine.
