Daily methods for reducing redness and broken capillaries
Visible red blood vessels (facial redness) are mainly caused by thinning of the facial skin's stratum corneum, which increases sensitivity of capillaries to external environmental changes, leading to capillary dilation. This condition affects facial appearance and can be improved through the following daily care methods:

1. Use lukewarm water close to body temperature when washing your face. Avoid alternating between hot and cold water, as this may worsen capillary dilation.
2. After cleansing, apply a hydrating toner to provide sufficient moisture to the facial skin. Choose products that are alcohol-free, fragrance-free, and free of preservatives.
Note: When going outdoors, use an umbrella and apply sunscreen or protective primer to prevent direct UV exposure to the face.
