Introduction
Wash your face with lukewarm water, and never alternate between hot and cold water, as this can worsen capillary dilation. Use a moisturizing toner to provide sufficient hydration for facial skin; choose products that are alcohol-free, fragrance-free, and preservative-free. Pay attention to skin care: use an umbrella when going outdoors, and apply barrier cream and sunscreen to prevent direct UV exposure to the face.

Visible red blood vessels (facial redness) are mainly caused by thinning of the facial skin's stratum corneum, which increases sensitivity of capillaries to external environmental changes, leading to capillary dilation. This condition affects facial appearance and can be improved through the following daily care methods:

1. Use lukewarm water close to body temperature when washing your face. Avoid alternating between hot and cold water, as this may worsen capillary dilation.

2. After cleansing, apply a hydrating toner to provide sufficient moisture to the facial skin. Choose products that are alcohol-free, fragrance-free, and free of preservatives.

Note: When going outdoors, use an umbrella and apply sunscreen or protective primer to prevent direct UV exposure to the face.
