Additionally, long-term exposure may irritate the nervous system.

Long-term exposure to fragrances can cause certain harm to the body, potentially leading to allergic reactions or poisoning, and may even result in nerve damage.

Fragrances are usually emitted from perfumes, whose main ingredient is ethanol, along with various artificial or natural fragrances, or essential oils. Prolonged contact with these substances, especially when mixed with perfumes, can cause bodily harm. Some individuals may have allergic reactions to chemical components in ethanol or fragrance compounds, resulting in symptoms such as skin itching or coughing after exposure. Additionally, long-term exposure may irritate the nervous system, causing dizziness, headaches, sore throat, and in severe cases, breathing difficulties and rapid breathing.

Therefore, it is not recommended for individuals to use perfume over extended periods in daily life, to avoid potential health risks.
