Introduction
Massaging the affected area can relieve muscle tension, stiffness, and spasms, relax muscles, restore muscle compliance, reduce local muscle inflammation and adhesions, and promote the restoration of normal muscle gliding. Intermittent local heat application, applied for 30 minutes per session, 4 to 6 times daily, can improve muscle blood circulation, reduce inflammatory responses within the muscle, and alleviate pain symptoms.

Arm soreness from moving objects is mainly caused by prolonged lifting, which leads to excessive stretching of the muscles and fascia in the arm, resulting in strain injury and subsequent swelling of the muscles and fascia. This condition can be relieved through physical therapy, immobilization and rest, medication, and other approaches as follows:

1. Physical therapy: Local massage can help relieve muscle tension, stiffness, and spasms, relax the muscles, restore muscle compliance, reduce local inflammation and adhesions, and promote normal muscular gliding. Intermittent local heat application, 30 minutes per session, 4–6 times daily, can improve muscle blood circulation, reduce inflammatory responses within the muscle, and alleviate pain symptoms.

2. Medication: For individuals who cannot tolerate the pain, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as meloxicam may be taken orally under a physician's guidance to reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and promote recovery and symptom improvement.

In addition, patients should primarily focus on rest and minimize physical activity. Muscle pain is commonly due to muscle strain or myofascial inflammation, with excessive activity being a primary contributing factor. Therefore, rest remains the most effective treatment.
