Is pelvic anteversion先天的还是后天的
Pelvic anteversion may be congenital or acquired.
Congenital pelvic anteversion mainly results from incomplete skeletal development during the embryonic stage, leading to pelvic deformity. Acquired pelvic anteversion is primarily caused by prolonged desk work or occupations involving frequent bending, which can cause the pelvis to shift out of its normal position. Obvious symptoms in patients with pelvic anteversion include a protruding buttocks and a forward-protruding lower abdomen. It is recommended that patients maintain proper posture while standing and sitting in daily life—stand with chest up and abdomen pulled in. Additionally, patients can perform certain functional exercises regularly, such as straight leg raises and sit-ups. Appropriate massage or heat application to the lower back can improve local blood circulation and help alleviate symptoms associated with pelvic anteversion. For severe pain, analgesic medications may be used under a doctor’s guidance, such as ibuprofen sustained-release capsules or diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets.
Patients with pelvic anteversion should avoid prolonged desk work or repeated bending in daily life, and ensure adequate rest, which helps improve symptoms.
