1. Cold Exposure

2. Calcium Deficiency

A consistently unbalanced diet may result in insufficient calcium levels in the body, reducing muscle density and triggering leg cramps. Under a doctor's guidance, supplements such as calcium gluconate tablets or vitamin AD drops can be taken to correct the deficiency.

3. Lumbar Disc Herniation

This condition is primarily caused by excessive work or prolonged periods of bending the head forward. During sleep, nerve roots may become compressed, leading to cramps along with symptoms such as limb numbness. A hospital visit for lumbar spine CT or MRI scans is recommended. With professional medical guidance, acupuncture, massage, or other therapies may help relieve symptoms.
