Introduction
Neural hypersensitivity is not a medical condition, but rather a subjective physical manifestation that can be reduced through dietary adjustments, sufficient sleep, exercise, and other methods. High neural sensitivity is often caused by neurasthenia and may result from psychological or mental factors, as well as chronic sleep deprivation or sleep disorders. Taking a warm bath before bedtime may help improve sleep.

Neural hypersensitivity is not a medical condition, but rather a subjective physical sensation that can be reduced through dietary adjustments, sufficient sleep, exercise, and other methods. High neural sensitivity is often caused by neurasthenia and may result from psychological or mental factors, as well as chronic sleep deprivation or sleep disorders. Taking a hot bath before bedtime can help promote better sleep. Specific steps are as follows:

1. Fill the bathtub with hot water, keeping the temperature around 40°C.

2. After undressing, first rinse your feet with hot water, then use the showerhead to wet your entire body with warm water.

3. After wetting your body, sit in the bathtub, ideally submerging your entire body in water except for the head. Limit bathing time to no more than 20 minutes.

4. During the bath, massage tired or sore areas such as the abdomen, waist, and legs.

In addition to the above methods, reducing neural hypersensitivity can also be achieved through exercise, psychological counseling, and medication.
