Introduction
Grapes contain nutrients such as glucose, vitamin C, amino acids, dietary fiber, and minerals, making them suitable for individuals with deficiency of qi and blood or lung deficiency with cough. However, women are relatively weak after IVF embryo transfer and should not consume too many grapes or eat them straight from the refrigerator, as this may irritate the gastrointestinal tract, causing discomfort such as abdominal pain and diarrhea, and even potentially leading to threatened miscarriage.

Test tube embryo transfer refers to in vitro fertilization (IVF) embryo transfer. After IVF transfer, women should avoid eating excessive amounts of grapes or consuming grapes that are too cold in temperature.

In vitro fertilization (IVF), commonly known as "test-tube baby" technology, involves fertilizing an egg with sperm outside the body and allowing early embryonic development in a laboratory before transferring the embryo into the woman's uterus for further development. Generally, women can eat grapes after undergoing IVF embryo transfer, but they should avoid overconsumption or eating grapes straight from the refrigerator. Grapes contain nutrients such as glucose, vitamin C, amino acids, dietary fiber, and minerals, and have benefits including tonifying qi and blood, strengthening bones and muscles, and promoting urination. They are suitable for individuals with weak qi and blood, lung deficiency with cough, palpitations, and night sweats. However, after IVF transfer, women's bodies are relatively weak, and eating too many grapes or consuming cold grapes directly from the refrigerator may irritate the gastrointestinal tract, leading to discomfort such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, and even potentially triggering signs of threatened miscarriage.

Women should ensure adequate rest and avoid overexertion. They should also maintain a healthy diet, consuming moderate amounts of fresh fruits and vegetables such as oranges and tomatoes.
