Influenza A virus causes type A influenza, with common symptoms including fever, chills, sneezing, coughing, and sore throat. It can infect various organisms such as humans, birds, and pigs, and is highly contagious.

1. Influenza A virus

2. Influenza B virus

This virus causes influenza B, which is more common than influenza A but generally presents with milder symptoms. Common symptoms include nasal congestion, sneezing, and sore throat. These symptoms typically last about one week and gradually resolve on their own.
