Introduction
Small bumps around the eyes may be milia, which form when excess facial oil is not properly cleansed and accumulates in pores, leading to blockage of sebaceous gland ducts. They could also result from using skincare products containing irritating ingredients, causing increased skin sensitivity and resulting in eczema upon contact. Additionally, they might be filiform warts caused by human papillomavirus infection around the eyes, particularly in individuals with weakened immune systems.

Small bumps around the eyes may be caused by milia, eczema, filiform warts, etc.

1. Milia

In individuals with excessive facial oil secretion, inadequate facial cleansing can lead to oil buildup within pores, resulting in blocked sebaceous gland ducts and the formation of milia.

2. Eczema

This may occur when skincare products containing irritating ingredients or cosmetics come into contact with the skin, increasing skin sensitivity and causing irritation.

3. Filiform warts

In individuals with weakened immunity, small skin tags may develop when minor wounds around the eyes become infected with the human papillomavirus (HPV).

In addition, conditions such as sweat duct tumors may also be responsible. It is recommended to visit a hospital for proper evaluation and appropriate treatment.
