Introduction
It is generally not advisable to exercise immediately after eating, as it may cause abdominal pain, gastric ptosis, indigestion, and other issues. If symptoms are severe, medications such as mosapride tablets or compound digestive enzyme capsules should be taken orally under medical supervision. In addition, intense physical activity right after a meal may also lead to nausea and vomiting. Therefore, it is not recommended to exercise immediately after a meal.

It is generally not advisable to exercise immediately after eating, as it may cause abdominal pain, gastric ptosis (stomach dropping), indigestion, and other issues.

1. Abdominal Pain

Engaging in intense physical activity right after a meal often leads to indigestion, and in severe cases, can result in abdominal pain. If symptoms are mild, drinking warm water may help alleviate discomfort. For more severe symptoms, treatment under medical supervision with medications such as omeprazole enteric-coated capsules or mosapride citrate tablets may be necessary.

2. Gastric Ptosis

Strenuous exercise immediately after eating should generally be avoided, as it may cause relaxation of the ligaments surrounding the stomach, potentially leading to gastric ptosis. Common symptoms include abdominal pain and nausea. Under a doctor's guidance, medications such as domperidone tablets or mosapride tablets may be prescribed for treatment.

3. Indigestion

Exercising immediately after a meal may lead to indigestion, causing bloating and belching. In more severe cases, treatment under medical supervision with mosapride tablets or compound digestive enzyme capsules may be required.

In addition, vigorous exercise right after eating may also trigger symptoms such as nausea and vomiting. Therefore, it is not recommended to engage in physical activity immediately after a meal.
