Introduction
If dark circles are caused by long-term sleep deprivation leading to excessive eye fatigue, and the condition is not severe, they may gradually disappear after consistently going to bed early for about one month. However, if the condition is more severe, it usually takes around two months of consistent early sleep for the dark circles to gradually fade. Additionally, if the dark circles are due to pigmentation or are of the vascular type, simply going to bed early consistently typically will not make them disappear.

The amount of time required for dark circles to disappear after consistently going to bed early depends on the severity of the dark circles.

If dark circles are caused by long-term late nights leading to eye fatigue and are not severe, they usually gradually fade after about one month of consistently going to bed early. However, if the dark circles are more severe, it may take approximately two months of consistent early sleep for them to gradually diminish. Additionally, if the dark circles are due to pigmentation or are of the vascular type, simply going to bed early consistently is unlikely to make them disappear.

If dark circles are particularly noticeable, applying warm compresses to the eye area may help promote blood circulation in the surrounding skin. At the same time, it's advisable to seek timely evaluation and treatment at an ophthalmology clinic, where treatments such as laser surgery may be recommended under medical guidance.
