Introduction
1. Hand tremors may occur during periods of tension or excessive stress. 2. Excessive muscle fatigue—such as from recent overexertion or frequent hand-related physical activities—can impair local blood circulation, leading to tremors. 3. Hyperthyroidism can also cause hand tremors, often accompanied by palpitations and heat intolerance.

Medically, hand tremor is termed “tremor,” which is merely a symptom—referring to involuntary, rhythmic shaking affecting part or all of the body. Hand tremor primarily manifests as unintentional, rhythmic oscillations.

In young individuals, hand tremor is commonly caused by neurological factors and typically occurs during periods of anxiety or excessive stress. It is advisable to avoid prolonged states of tension and high stress.

Excessive muscle fatigue—for instance, resulting from recent overexertion or frequent hand-related physical activities—can impair local blood circulation and thereby trigger tremors. Appropriate massage may help alleviate this condition.

Hyperthyroidism can also cause hand tremor, often accompanied by symptoms such as palpitations and heat intolerance. Persistent hand tremor or tremor associated with other symptoms warrants a comprehensive medical evaluation at a hospital.
