Introduction
The patient was placed in the lithotomy position on the treatment table, and local anesthesia was administered by the anesthesiologist. The physician performed routine disinfection of the patient's urethral area. The tip of the cystoscope, coated with lubricant, was inserted through the urethral opening into the bladder. A grasping forceps was passed through the cystoscope into the patient’s body. Under direct visualization with the cystoscope, the physician located the DJ stent, grasped one end of it with the forceps, and slowly withdrew the forceps to remove the DJ stent.

Ureteral stent removal via cystoscopy is commonly performed after surgery for ureteral stones. The procedure is simple and minimally invasive. It should be conducted at a正规 hospital, with the following specific steps:

1. The patient lies on the treatment table in the lithotomy position, and the anesthesiologist administers local anesthesia to the urethra.

2. After putting on sterile gloves, the physician performs routine disinfection of the patient's urethral area. The tip of the cystoscope is coated with lubricant and inserted through the urethral opening into the bladder.

3. A grasping forceps is passed through the cystoscope into the body. Under direct visualization with the cystoscope, the physician locates the DJ stent, grasps one end with the forceps, and slowly withdraws the forceps to remove the stent. The cystoscope is then withdrawn.

After the procedure, patients should drink plenty of water and urinate frequently to prevent urinary tract infections.
