Introduction
The patient was placed in the lateral position, and a pneumoperitoneum was established before inserting the laparoscope. Under laparoscopic visualization, the renal artery and renal vein were identified. Double vascular clips were applied to the proximal ends of the renal artery and renal vein, which were then transected. The ureter was similarly clipped and cut. The adrenal gland was dissected away from the kidney, and the kidney was placed into an extraction bag. The incision was enlarged to remove the kidney. Finally, the incision was sutured closed, completing the procedure.

Renal cancer surgery includes radical nephrectomy and nephron-sparing surgery, with the choice of procedure determined based on the specific condition and the patient's overall health. The operation should be performed in a正规 hospital. Taking radical nephrectomy as an example, the detailed surgical procedure is as follows:

1. After entering the operating room, the patient lies on the operating table in a lateral position. The anesthesiologist administers anesthesia, while the surgeon performs routine disinfection and draping.

2. Once anesthesia takes effect, the surgeon makes a small incision approximately 2 cm above the iliac crest along the mid-axillary line. A pneumoperitoneum needle is inserted through this incision to insufflate carbon dioxide into the abdominal cavity.

3. After establishing the pneumoperitoneum, the needle is removed and a laparoscope is inserted through the incision.

3. Two additional small incisions are made adjacent to the initial one, through which surgical scissors and vascular clamps are introduced. The surgeon then locates the kidney using the laparoscopic view.

4. Double clamping is applied to the proximal ends of the renal artery and vein using vascular clamps, followed by transection. The ureter is similarly clamped and cut.

5. The adrenal gland is separated from the kidney, and the kidney is placed into a retrieval bag. The incision is enlarged to remove the kidney.

6. Instruments are withdrawn through the incision, which is then sutured closed, completing the surgery.

After surgery, patients should avoid strenuous physical activity, get adequate rest, and maintain a light diet.
