Renal cancer surgery includes radical nephrectomy and nephron-sparing surgery, with the choice of procedure determined based on the specific condition and the patient's overall health. 1. After entering the operating room, the patient lies on the operating table in a lateral position. The anesthesiologist administers anesthesia, while the surgeon performs routine disinfection and draping.
