Introduction

排便后肚脐位置痛一般是指排便时肚脐处疼痛，可能是肠道痉挛、肠道炎症、急性胃肠炎等引起的。
1、肠痉挛
排便时，如果不小心刺激肠道，引起短暂的肠壁Muscles痉挛，很可能会引起大便异常和肚脐周围疼痛。如果疼痛轻微，可以观察一段时间。如果疼痛剧烈，也可以在Doctor的指导下服用MedicineTreatment，如硫酸阿托品注射液、消旋山莨菪碱片等。
2、肠道炎症
肠道炎症主要是细菌感染引起的，会逐渐变成炎症感染。由于大便次数增多，可能会引起排便后肚脐周围疼痛。一般可以通过热敷和腹部按摩来缓解局部。如果比较严重，也可以在Doctor的指导下选择消炎药，比如阿莫西林胶囊、头孢拉定片等Medicine。
3、急性胃肠炎
急性胃肠炎是一种肠道Disease，可能会引起排便时腹痛，并伴有恶心、呕吐Symptoms。发病时可通过热敷局部缓解，也可在Doctor指导下使用MedicineTreatment，如阿米替林片、阿托品片等Medicine。
此外，肠道功能障碍可能会导致排便时肚脐疼痛，最好到医院做相关检测，避免Disease加重。
