Introduction
If a staple from circumcision surgery grows into the flesh and is removed by oneself, it may cause adverse effects such as bleeding due to improper handling. If the staple does not fall off on its own, it's best not to remove it manually. The sutures used in circumcision should ideally be removed surgically, as leaving them in place can lead to tissue ulceration around the area, potentially resulting in infection and scarring over time.

钛钉是一种用来固定包皮伤口的金属钉，可以用来进行包皮Surgery。钛钉是随着伤口的愈合而形成的，随着创面的愈合，随着痂皮脱落后，钛钉会慢慢脱落，一般一个月左右就会完全脱落。但也有一些病人会出现钛钉粘在结痂或者是Skin里，不能自己脱落的现象，一般不Recommendation自行操作拔除钛钉，一是未经专业培训，很可能会造成出血等二次损伤，二是未经专业的消毒处理，很可能会造成感染，影响伤口的恢复和SurgeryEffect。应前往医院找专门的Doctor进行摘除，以免延误病情，影响伤口恢复。
包皮环切Surgery后，可以用碘伏进行局部消毒，这样可以加快伤口的愈合，同时也可以在Doctor的Recommendation下适当的锻炼，促进指甲和周围Skin的摩擦，加快脱落的速度。如果钉子不能自行脱落，最好不要自己拔掉，包皮Surgery的缝合针最好是用SurgeryMethod取出，否则容易导致周围组织的溃烂，久而久之就会导致感染，甚至会留下疤痕。日常Life中要保持良好的个人卫生习惯，防止感染导致Disease。
