Introduction
CIN3 refers to cervical precancerous lesions and represents the most severe type of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Immediate surgical treatment is required upon diagnosis; earlier surgery helps control disease progression and reduces its risks. During treatment, patients should get adequate rest, maintain a balanced diet, and avoid resuming sexual intercourse too early to prevent an increased risk of cross-infection.

CIN3 refers to cervical precancerous lesions and is the most severe type of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Once diagnosed, immediate surgical treatment is required; earlier surgery helps control disease progression and reduces its potential harm.

Cervical precancerous lesions are associated with human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and represent a serious gynecological condition. Clinically, they are classified into three grades, with higher grades indicating poorer prognosis and more severe disease. Therefore, CIN3 is the most serious type, requiring prompt surgical intervention upon diagnosis. Physicians should select appropriate surgical procedures—such as cervical conization or loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP)—based on the extent of cervical damage. The goal during surgery is complete removal of the lesion. Regular follow-up examinations after surgery are essential to monitor cervical recovery.

During treatment, patients should ensure adequate rest, maintain a balanced diet, and avoid resuming sexual activity too early to prevent an increased risk of cross-infection.
