Breast cysts can be caused by various conditions, such as mammary duct ectasia, mastopathy, fibroadenoma, lobular hyperplasia, and intraductal papilloma. Breast cysts can be caused by various conditions, such as ductal ectasia, mastopathy, fibroadenoma, lobular hyperplasia, and intraductal papilloma. They are commonly seen in premenopausal women and mainly manifest as breast pain, breast lumps—whose shapes may be granular, cord-like, nodular, or patchy—and some patients may also experience nipple discharge during the course of the disease, often accompanied by axillary lymph node enlargement. Once diagnosed with breast cysts, it is recommended to seek treatment early at a reputable hospital and follow the physician's guidance, possibly including surgical intervention.

During treatment, adequate rest is important; avoid excessive fatigue, and refrain from consuming spicy or irritating foods.
