Introduction
Feeling chest pressure and shortness of breath may be caused by physiological factors, but pathological causes cannot be ruled out, such as myocarditis or congenital heart disease. Frequently experiencing tension, anxiety, or significant emotional fluctuations in daily life may also trigger palpitations and lead to difficulty breathing. In addition, conditions such as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease could be responsible.

Feeling chest pressure and shortness of breath may be caused by physiological factors, but it could also result from pathological conditions such as myocarditis or congenital heart disease.

I. Physiological Causes

In daily life, frequent tension, anxiety, or significant emotional fluctuations may lead to palpitations and difficulty breathing.

II. Pathological Causes

1. Myocarditis

Myocarditis can impair the heart's ability to contract and relax properly, causing disordered arrangement of myocardial cells. This often results in feelings of chest pressure and shortness of breath. Treatment should follow medical advice and may include medications such as Shenqi Yangxin Granules, Compound Danshen Dropping Pills, or Wenxin Granules.

2. Congenital Heart Disease

Congenital heart disease is primarily caused by abnormal development of the heart before birth. In severe cases, it may lead to heart failure, causing symptoms such as palpitations and shortness of breath. Treatment should follow medical guidance and may involve medications like Bosentan Tablets or Sildenafil Tablets.

Besides the above, conditions such as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease cannot be ruled out. It is recommended to seek hospital evaluation and receive treatment based on the underlying cause.
