Introduction
Teenage girls have ovulation periods. Females begin ovulating when they experience menarche (the first menstrual period). If a girl has a strong constitution and balanced nutrition, leading to faster physical development, ovulation may start during menstruation at 13–15 years of age. However, if her constitution is weaker and her body lacks sufficient nutrition, resulting in slower development, ovulation may not occur until 15–18 years of age.

Girls in their teens generally have ovulation periods, but the specific timing of ovulation varies from individual to individual and cannot be generalized.

Under normal circumstances, girls begin ovulating at the onset of menstruation. If a girl has a strong constitution and maintains a balanced nutritional intake, leading to faster physical development, she may start menstruating between the ages of 13 and 15 and begin ovulating, thus experiencing an ovulation period. However, if her constitution is weaker and her nutritional intake is insufficient, physical development may be slower, resulting in menarche and the onset of ovulation occurring between the ages of 15 and 18.

Teenage girls are in a critical stage of growth and development. It's important to maintain a balanced diet and avoid spicy or irritating foods to support overall health.
