Introduction
A fingertip pulse oximeter can detect blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate through a finger clip sensor. To use it, simply attach the sensor to your finger and wait for the device to display the values of oxygen saturation and pulse rate. It is recommended to directly read the pulse rate value shown on the device when using a fingertip pulse oximeter to obtain more accurate results.

A finger-clip pulse oximeter allows you to wait for the device to display the blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate values. Record the current pulse rate value, which is detected by the finger sensor.

During use, simply place the sensor of the device onto a fingertip and wait for it to display the blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate readings. Generally, the finger-clip pulse oximeter automatically detects the pulse and displays the pulse rate. If you wish to manually measure heart rate, place the sensor onto your finger, wait for the device to show the blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate, then record the displayed pulse rate. After a short interval, record the pulse rate again. Calculate the average of the two readings to determine the current heart rate. Before use, ensure that your fingers are dry to avoid measurement errors. It is generally recommended to use the middle or ring finger for measurement, and avoid fingers with coated nails, as this may affect the accuracy of results.

Please note that the manual method of measuring heart rate may not be highly accurate. It is recommended to directly read the pulse rate value shown on the finger-clip pulse oximeter for more reliable results.
