Introduction
When a woman has an ectopic pregnancy or severe hydrosalpinx or abscess in one fallopian tube, she may undergo laparoscopic or open abdominal surgery to remove the affected tube. The procedure should be performed at a正规 hospital. Prior to surgery, the patient should empty her bladder. After entering the operating room, she will lie in a supine position. The anesthesiologist will administer general anesthesia, while the surgical team performs routine disinfection and draping of the abdominal area.

When a woman has an ectopic pregnancy or suffers from severe hydrosalpinx or abscess in one fallopian tube, open abdominal surgery to remove the affected tube may be performed. The procedure should be conducted at a正规 hospital. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Before surgery, the patient empties her bladder. In the operating room, she lies in a supine position. The anesthesiologist administers general anesthesia, while the surgical team performs routine disinfection and draping of the abdominal area.

2. After anesthesia takes effect, a transverse incision is made in the mid-lower abdomen. The abdominal cavity is entered by dissecting through layers sequentially.

3. Adhesions around the fallopian tube are separated. The distal end of the tube is lifted and the entire fallopian tube is removed. The cut end is then sealed using bipolar electrocautery.

4. The abdominal cavity is irrigated with normal saline. The incision is sutured layer by layer, and the abdomen is closed.

After surgery, the patient should avoid strenuous physical activity, minimize abdominal pressure, and refrain from applying force or pressure to the abdomen, as this may cause wound dehiscence.
