Introduction
It is relatively beneficial for patients with breast nodules to drink water infused with dandelion, Panax notoginseng (Sanqi), and loofah network, but this should be done under the guidance of a doctor and should not be consumed in excess. Breast nodules are non-inflammatory benign conditions. Dandelion contains taraxasterol, taraxacerin, and other components that have effects of resolving nodules, dispersing blood stasis, and antiviral activity. Therefore, moderate consumption of dandelion tea may be helpful for individuals with breast nodules.

1. Dandelion

Breast nodules are a non-inflammatory benign condition. Dandelion contains taraxacerin, taraxasterol, and other components that have properties of resolving lumps, promoting blood circulation to remove stasis, and antiviral effects. Therefore, moderate consumption of dandelion tea by patients with breast nodules may help alleviate symptoms as an adjunctive measure.

2. Notoginseng (Sanqi)

Clinically, many cases of breast nodules may be associated with hormonal imbalance. Under the influence of this factor, local blockages may occur. Notoginseng is a type of herbaceous medicinal plant traditionally used to treat conditions involving blood stasis, swelling, and pain. Thus, drinking notoginseng-infused water may help reduce swelling and relieve pain to some extent.

3. Loofah Network (Luffa Sponge)

Loofah network comes from the Cucurbitaceae plant family. When used medicinally, it helps improve poor circulation in the meridians. Patients with breast nodules may also be considered to have impaired meridian flow as an indirect contributing factor. Therefore, drinking loofah network-infused water in moderation may help alleviate related symptoms to a certain degree.

In addition to the above, patients with breast nodules may also moderately consume green tea. However, none of these methods should be considered as primary treatments for breast nodules—they only serve supportive or auxiliary roles.
