Introduction
After a cervical conization procedure, bed rest is usually required for about 3 to 7 days. If the patient is in good physical condition, the wound will heal relatively quickly, and vaginal bleeding typically resolves within about 3 days; therefore, approximately 3 days of bed rest are recommended. Patients should remain in bed until bleeding has stopped before getting up to move around. For individuals with poorer physical health, wound recovery may be slower, and bed rest for about 7 days is generally advised.

1. About 3 days
Cervical conization is a gynecological surgery involving the removal of part of the cervix, which causes some tissue trauma and may result in bleeding. Bleeding typically improves once the wound begins to heal. If the patient has good overall health and healing progresses quickly, vaginal bleeding usually resolves within about three days, so bed rest for around three days is recommended.
2. About 7 days
Patients should remain in bed until bleeding stops before resuming light activity. If the patient's physical condition is poor or healing is slower, bed rest for approximately seven days is generally advised.
