Introduction
Women with good physical health may deliver twins vaginally, whereas those in poor health are generally not suitable for vaginal delivery. Vaginal delivery of twins usually demands higher physical fitness from the mother. If the pregnant woman is in excellent overall health and the fetal positions are normal, a natural birth may be considered. Prior to attempting vaginal delivery, it is advisable to consume more nutrient-rich foods.

Generally, if a pregnant woman is in good physical condition, delivering twins vaginally is possible. However, if her health is poor, vaginal delivery may not be advisable. The following is a detailed analysis:

1. Vaginal delivery is possible

Vaginal delivery of twins usually requires the mother to be in relatively good physical condition. If the pregnant woman is healthy and the fetal positions are normal, vaginal delivery can be considered. Prior to delivery, it is recommended to consume nutrient-rich foods to maintain sufficient energy during labor.

2. Vaginal delivery is not advisable

If the pregnant woman has conditions such as gestational hypertension or gestational diabetes, or if there are complications like umbilical cord around the baby's neck or abnormal fetal position, vaginal delivery is generally not recommended. These conditions may make normal delivery difficult and could pose significant risks to both mother and babies. In such cases, cesarean section should be considered when medically appropriate.

It is recommended that pregnant women carrying twins undergo thorough prenatal examinations and choose the most suitable delivery method based on their individual circumstances. If complications arise during labor, an immediate switch to cesarean section can be made.
