Where on the leg should the medicated patch be applied?

Introduction
The medicinal patch on the leg is generally applied to the Xianguan acupoint, located in the depression on the outer side of the knee; the Shenzhong acupoint, situated on the inner side of the lower leg, below the tibia when the toes are pointed toward the body; and the Sanyinjiao acupoint, found on the inner side of the lower leg, above the tibia when the knee is bent. Applying the patch at these points can help relieve leg soreness and fatigue.

Plasters are generally applied to acupoints on the leg such as the knee joint point, Shenque point (Shenque Xue), and Sanyinjiao point. Specific details are as follows:

1. Knee Joint Point

Located in the depression on the outer side of the knee, applying a plaster here can help relieve pain and discomfort in the knee joint.

2. Shenque Point

Found on the inner side of the lower leg, below the tibia bone when the toes are pointed toward the body. Applying a plaster at this point can help alleviate leg soreness and fatigue.

3. Sanyinjiao Point

Located on the inner side of the lower leg, above the tibia bone when the knee is bent. Applying a plaster here can help relieve leg soreness, fatigue, and tiredness.

In addition, plasters may also be applied to the Taichong point. The specific application site should be chosen based on individual symptoms and conditions.
