Introduction
Cervical erosion refers to cervical ectopic columnar epithelium. After placing the patient in the lithotomy position, the perineal area is disinfected and covered with a sterile fenestrated drape. A vaginal speculum is used to open the vagina, and a radiofrequency ablation columnar knife is employed to ablate the eroded cervical tissue. The ablated necrotic tissue is then removed with dry cotton balls. Finally, the surface is disinfected with iodophor, burn ointment is applied, and gauze is packed to achieve hemostasis.

Cervical erosion refers to cervical ectopic columnar epithelium. Surgical treatment for cervical ectopic columnar epithelium is indicated when it is accompanied by other cervical lesions. Patients are advised to undergo the procedure at a正规 medical facility. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Position the patient in the lithotomy position. Disinfect the perineal area with iodophor and drape the surgical site with sterile fenestrated towels to fully expose the operative field.

2. Insert a vaginal speculum to open the vagina and fully expose the cervix. Use a radiofrequency ablation loop electrode to ablate the eroded cervical tissue, then remove the necrotic tissue with dry cotton balls.

3. Disinfect the surface with iodophor and apply burn ointment locally.

4. Finally, pack the area with gauze to control bleeding.

After surgery for cervical ectopic columnar epithelium, maintain external genital hygiene by cleaning the vulva twice daily with water, and avoid sitz baths.
