Introduction
Laparoscopic adhesiolysis of the fallopian tubes involves making 1–3 small incisions in the abdomen, through which a laparoscope is inserted to visualize the boundary between the tubal serosal layer and the adhesions. The organs at both ends of the adhesion are then separated using a dissector to lift the adhesion bands, which are subsequently divided with electrocautery scissors. Hemostasis is achieved via electrocoagulation or electrocautery, followed by wound suturing. After surgery, patients should follow medical advice regarding antibiotic use to prevent infection.

Salpingolysis surgery includes laparotomy for adhesion lysis and laparoscopic salpingolysis. This procedure should be performed at a正规 hospital. Taking laparoscopic salpingolysis as an example, the specific steps are as follows:

1. Make 1–3 small incisions in the abdomen and insert a laparoscope to visualize the boundary between the fallopian tube serosal layer and the adhesions.

2. Use a separation rod to lift the adhesion bands between the two adhered organs, selecting avascular areas, then cut the adhesions using electrocautery scissors.

3. For small blood vessels, use electrocautery cutting for hemostasis; for active bleeding, apply electrocoagulation to stop the bleeding.

4. Examine the cut ends for bleeding and suture the incisions.

After salpingolysis surgery, antibiotics should be taken as prescribed by the doctor to prevent infection.
