Introduction
In general, tenosynovitis is a relatively superficial condition, and its location can be accurately identified. Treatment with small needle knife is relatively safe and effective. The specific procedure is as follows: 1. Disinfect the surgical site and lay down sterile drapes. 2. After disinfection, perform infiltration anesthesia at the surgical site. 3. Instruct the patient to appropriately move their fingers.

Generally, tenosynovitis is a relatively superficial condition and can be accurately localized, making treatment with a small needle knife a safe and effective option. The specific procedure is as follows:

1. Disinfect the surgical site and lay down sterile drapes.

2. After disinfection, perform infiltration anesthesia at the targeted surgical site.

3. Instruct the patient to move their fingers appropriately to reconfirm the exact location requiring treatment.

4. Once accurately localized, insert the small needle knife and perform scraping and cutting at the site of resistance until a sensation of "giving way" or "loss of resistance" is felt beneath the blade.

5. Ask the patient again to move their fingers to check for any previous catching or resistance. If none is present, the procedure is considered successful.

6. Re-disinfect the surgical site and apply a sterile dressing.

Small needle knife surgery is characterized by rapid recovery and minimal trauma, causing little damage to the body. After surgery, when cleaning the hand, it is recommended to use warm water as much as possible, and gentle massage may be performed appropriately to relieve discomfort. It is advised to seek treatment at a reputable hospital under the guidance of a qualified physician.
