Introduction
It may not be advisable to use Shidishui for daily bathing during summer. The herbal ingredients in Shidishui have certain irritant properties, and prolonged use for bathing may irritate the skin, leading to symptoms such as redness, swelling, itching, and blisters. If blisters rupture, they may further cause skin infections. Patients are advised to avoid raw, cold, spicy, and greasy foods while using this medication.

Using Ten-Drop Water daily for bathing in summer may not be advisable. Details are as follows:

Ten-Drop Water is a traditional Chinese medicine formulation primarily composed of camphor, dried ginger, rhubarb, fennel, cinnamon, chili pepper, eucalyptus oil, and other herbal ingredients. It has functions of promoting digestion and relieving heat exhaustion. Adding Ten-Drop Water to bathwater may help alleviate itching caused by prickly heat, folliculitis, or acne, promote skin recovery, improve skin circulation, and enhance the skin's resistance to external pathogens. However, the herbal components in Ten-Drop Water are somewhat irritating. Long-term use during bathing may irritate the skin, leading to symptoms such as redness, itching, and blisters. If blisters rupture, they may even cause skin infections.

It is recommended that patients use Ten-Drop Water under medical supervision, as excessive dosage may easily trigger adverse reactions. During treatment, maintain a light diet and avoid raw, cold, spicy, or greasy foods, which may interfere with the medication's effectiveness.
