Generally, pelvic adhesion surgery refers to pelvic adhesion lysis, which is usually performed under laparoscopic monitoring to ensure surgical safety. The specific procedure is as follows:

1. Position the patient in a supine position and administer general anesthesia.

5. Use atraumatic clamps to grasp and gently pull tissues on both sides of the adhesion site to maintain tension. For thin, avascular adhesions, use scissors to cut directly; for thicker adhesions involving blood vessels, apply bipolar electrocoagulation before division.

6. After adhesiolysis, irrigate the pelvic cavity with normal saline.

7. Once no abnormalities are observed, withdraw the laparoscope and close the incisions with absorbable sutures.
